Cut a long tail to shape the pumpkin.
Sew closed (pic 1).Shape the pumpkin with the remaining

Cat and bear

Use black yarn for the cat or brown yarn for the bear and a 5mm hook

R1: slip knot, 5ch, starting from the 2nd ch from the hook make 3sc, 3sc in the same st. 2sc, inc (10)

R2: inc, 2sc, 3inc, 2sc, 2inc (16)

R3: (sc, inc)x8 (24)

R4-5: 24sc (24) – 2 rounds

R6: 13sc, BO st (5 loops on the hook), 4sc, BO, 5sc (24) Insert the safety eyes (12mm) at R4-5, 3 visible st apart, just up the paws (pic 3). Cut yarn leaving a long tail for sewing.

Cat

R1: slip knot, 3ch, starting from the 2nd ch from the hook make:

Using brown yarn and a 5mm hook
R1: slip knot, 3ch, starting from the
2nd ch from the hook makes 2sl sts
Cut yarn leaving a long tail for sewing.
sew the stem on top of the pumpkin.
Sewing Pumpkin Cat and Bear
 Step Sew the head to the pumpkin (in the center)
 Next, Sew the ears on R2-3
Sew the pumpkin/witch hat on the head (in the center)
Sew the nose using pink cotton/acrylic between the eyes
 If you want you can give more expression to your plushie
using white cotton\acrylic yarn
